1. Digital Delivery Only

All e-books, transformation guides, and meal planning templates sold on this platform are 100% digital goods. No physical products, discs, or printed copies will be dispatched via courier or postal mail.

2. Delivery Timeline & Access Methods

• Immediate Access on Website: Immediately upon successful payment via Razorpay, you will be directed to our secure Order Confirmation page featuring your instant download button.
• Email Confirmation: A backup email containing your private download link is automatically dispatched to the email address entered during checkout within 5 to 15 minutes of transaction completion.

3. Download Limits & Expiry

• To protect digital copyright and balance server resources, each purchase includes 3 allowed downloads valid for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
• We strongly advise saving the downloaded PDF immediately to your local device (e.g. Apple Books, Files app, Google Drive, or PC storage) to ensure permanent offline access.

4. Delivery Issues & Missing Emails

If you have completed payment but have not received your download email after 15 minutes:

• Please check your Spam, Promotions, or Updates folder in your email client.
• Ensure the email address provided during checkout was spelled correctly.
• If you still cannot locate your file, contact our digital fulfillment team immediately at contact@prisminbound.com with your Order ID or Razorpay Payment ID. We will promptly resend your access link.
