1. Digital Products (E-Books & Guides)

• Due to the immediate digital delivery and non-tangible nature of our products (such as The Pretty to Lean Transformation Guide PDF), all sales of digital goods are final and non-refundable once download access is generated.
• Unlike physical goods, electronic files cannot be returned or revoked once delivered to your device.

2. Technical Assistance & Replacement Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our content. A full refund or link reset will be provided under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Delivery Failure: If you did not receive your download link within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation, and our support team is unable to deliver it to you.
• File Corruption: If the PDF file is defective, corrupted, or unreadable and cannot be replaced with a functional copy.
• Duplicate Billing: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction due to a payment gateway glitch.

3. 1:1 Nutrition Consulting Programs

• Consulting appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 48 hours advance notice prior to the initial consultation.
• Once customized assessment plans, macro guidelines, or personalized diet protocols have been compiled and sent to you, consultation fees become strictly non-refundable.

Requests are typically reviewed and resolved within 2 to 3 business days. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 working days via Razorpay.
